i can't believe i'm back in hong kong...wishing for those good times in iloilo city. oh my goodness, the infinite memories, the food, the jeepney rides, the kids, the deaf, the phenomenal scenery, the mang inasal, the card games, the baloot...it all comes rushing back. at the beginning i didn't quite think this trip would be good at all, but i was so very wrong.

so singapore. what can i say? i've been there hundreds of times, but it is still a genuine food, relaxation, friendly people, clean streets galore! as you know (or don't know), singapore has all these fines for littering and chewing gum and more. it's strict, but at least singapore is quite a good deal cleaner than hong kong. there's plenty of green and the arrangements are so exotic. i stayed at my grandparents house, which feels just like a resort. if you wanna just have a laidback, not rushed holiday, come to singapore! my family stayed at shangri-la's rasa sentosa resort for a couple days and it was SO MUCH FUN! the pool was great, room was great, and there was a very convenient bus to a shopping mall. =) i had loads of fun.

it's back to school now. we've already had like..four days including today. i was really surprised at my attitude when we first started school. the normal me would have been complaining and dreading the very moment we entered school again. but this time, something changed or something because i was really at peace and accepting of the whole thing. i mean, we'd have to start sooner or later. being sulky would not help me at all. well anyway....right now i just want to see how long this 'positive attitude' will last. =D

it's the break. THE BREAK. oh, the joy, the joy! :) i have only waited for this break for WEEKS AND WEEKS. and it's here! haha! there is reason to smile, there is reason to enjoy life. thank God...His timing is impeccable. i am really looking forward to a laidback, pressure-free and, if i may say so myself, well-deserved holiday! and i don't only mean just me. i'm sure plenty of others feel the same. we've been working our heads off! time to unravel and just relaaaax.

i'm off to singapore tomorrow. this is going to be so exciting! i know it'll be blazing and annoyingly humid....but singapore is singapore, and i like it! :) haha. it's so clean....so bright....so happy....well anyway, i'm just psyched the mini vacation is FINALLY here. i have waited long enough. and now, to indulge in doing nothing. absolutely nothing.

the math test! oh boy. ahhh!! why so difficult?? doesn't it just ruin your whole day? well, it ruined mine. now i really dread days when i have math class...it's so depressing how incompetent the teacher is...
